Winchester is nothing but a shell at this time.........The only saving grace is that insiders have a huge amount of shares and may keep the deal alive in order to bring it back alive down the road......Remember this person...ROBERT LOLICH (BOZO)....when you hear that name, run like hell (I didnt and he got me twice).....Ask anyone up in canada who this person is if your really interested....or read any books about canadian traders who have had their run ins with the regulatory bodies in canada.
