I have no inclination to read this file. secfilings.nasdaq.com it is about $750M (or maybe $1B) borrowing from several institutions. They have early deal with BofA for ~$750M needed to buy property that they are now leasing. So, this new borrowing may be for Sanofi sale of the REGN shares on open market??? I have no idea is that good or bad??? Or for what else they may need cash????
