Based on good numbers of course.<<< In answer to (a) I have no source of info, but going by the stock price I would guess that the chance is slim. In answer to (b) I believe that Ed has ruined his credibility with too many people and to keep him on would be a disaster. But what the heck does this old man know? I would like your opinion on something that I have been thinking about for awhile. What would be the possibility of Ed and some of his buddies wanting to take this company private at a nice low price, or would the size of the company make this prohibitive? Happy Hunting dd
