What difference does that make? He's making a mistake with Flynn. The FBI did a hit job on Flynn and the real crime is what is now happening to him. Lying to the FBI was wrong and he shouldn't have done that, but the FBI entrapped him into lying about something he did that was perfectly legal. The moronic behavior is the displays of NPCism that you engage in.
