i have an author-friend who has done the #nanowrimo challenge
more than once. it's a tough slog... a lotta werds per day. she's
a dick-head (phillip k.) she wrote and published his posthumous
novel (i think others have also tried to write it). science and fiction
go well together but other than the news, i don't read much fiction.

if you include dr. guy mcpherson in your climate change research,
our time frame for human extinction from AGW is less than 20 years
away... a little too bold for fiction, eh?

lettuce snow when your book is out. i want to get a copy for my uncle
cliff. he condenses books into a handful of notes so i can read them
in under an hour.
