Well we shall see if this is considered a SLAPP. That’s the beauty of it going to court. I think CCB will win but let’s see. One judge has already said it is not. As for BD, I have to agree with you. For instance his threat to sue me. According to him I was intentionally trying to hurt the share price. At the time I had over 2 million shares. He demanded I stop commenting negatively about The company. Share price was about 30 cents at the time... shoulda been more negative ??
