[W]hat are you [HTF] worried about[?]
What am I worried about?:
  1. Management (Diwan) leaves nothing for the shareholders
  2. The technology is too expensive to produce to be commercially viable
  3. The company runs out of money or is severely diluted (which doesn't hurt Diwan that much).
  4. Dr. T quits and once again nothing ever gets done and ready to go to market.
  5. I understand that the FDA is requiring Diwan to cede control to NNVC. What if Diwan cannot give up his control of NNVC, and thereby the FDA doesn't trust the company, and won't approve the drug because of related issues.
  6. Boniuk files a lawsuit or the SEC starts looking closely into Diwan, making operating capital impossible to obtain.
  7. The VZV licensing issue becomes a showstopper issue of contention.
