The loan is obviously designed to continue operations until the merger takes effect. ...debt may have something to do with it not being a sure thing... Au contraire! QWST obviously obviously has decided that PHX's dire straits present a buying opportunity, and PHX's debt forces its shareholders to approve the merger/rescue. Makes the deal more certain, IMHO. - nic
