The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 628,962 shares to settle an aggregate outstanding debt for $298,154.53.

Number of creditors: 24 creditors

Insiders: Eric Wallman, $3,000, 5,455 shares at 55 cents; Bluespring Investment Strategies Inc., $54,500, 121,111 shares at 45 cents

Total pro group participation: $15,000, 27,273 shares at 55 cents (one creditor)

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
