SHE is not a customer. And SHE is only repeating information (erroneous or not) second hand. There are forums for CUSTOMER complaints. This board, however, deals with CPQ as an inverstment. This board (and any other board) would be deluged if it became a Micro view with everyones experiences (good or bad). Having said that... If one has a long term relationship with a company and its products dealing with quite a volume of instances, then you have a real contribution to the forum. SHE, when using one SECOND HAND instance of a purported insolvable problem with HARDWARE uses that as a basis for buying or not buying a particular brand is somewhat of an immature consumer as well. She simply was doing a"na na na Na Na" on us all. Roughly what my youngest daughter does in a hissy fit.

And, Steve, it is inapropriate for this board. Free speech is great. Germain content is also appreciated.
