I suppose in your book that the FBI is doing God's work and Comey is its benighted martyr and saint. You probably say the same of the DOJ and Mueller. That bridge to nowhere for sale is yours for the taking. I think you should read more of those history books you ignored in High School. Read up on Hoover's FBI and you'll find out that the institution itself was founded on corruption by corrupt people and that long tradition of wallowing in the dirt continues to this day. Flynn, Trump, and the others are just their most recent victims. This country learned nothing from the McCarthy era, because we are a largely uneducated and unread country. Democracies die in the shadows, but flower in the full light of day. Transparency and an educated citizenry is key to bringing the light of day to government affairs.
