There is no doubt in my mind that this stock has a considerable ceiling with those 10 million shares ready to pounce on any considerable rally, which is why I now have a short term outlook on this stock, in addition to the overall bigger picture.

But I am cautioned in my bearish stance by the fact that these guys are very aggressive and at any given time, a major positive surprise can cause a substantial move in the stock.

I frequently observe the market makers in this stock, and how quickly they run for the hills, when any strong buying or selling comes in.

Remember, this is still a small cap stock.

But the guys behind it do not appear to have the small cap mentality.
