Hi Eric,

Yes SW's sharp eye saw the big gap at 13.50.

We're very close now.

Eric, I think it is safe to say that Jeffrey Jone's guidance of 175 million midpoint guidance is a sandbag number. It puts Cohu in a much different league when Excerra is now rolled into the business.

Even if future orders fall of a cliff (and they may well decline in this environment ) I don't think so, as 5G and many other new innovations will march on i.e. automotive and industrial as supply channels move out of China and hopefully many of them back to the US.

This is a picture from the 11/05 investor presentation. It takes actual Q3 revenue from this year and shows consumables (without equipment orders as 46% of revenue). This is simply serving the now much larger installed owner base of testhandlers. It represents 129.26 million worth of business that has margins that are in the mid 60% range.

This is not cyclical, it is repeatable business.

Keep in mind this merger would never have taken place, were it not for cifius NOT APPROVING a Chinese hedge fund attempting to buy Xcerra.

Yes they now have debt - do you really think that conservative Cohu would have taken on debt if it were not a slam dunk good deal.

Reflect back when KLAC merged with Tencor, or Lam Research took in Novellue, or Amat bought Varian.

It all happened for adding scale to the combined company. No longer competing and having margin pressure between the two. This is smart business.

In all of the above mergers huge profits soon followed after the merger.

This just the next one in the merging and maturation of the semi equipment business.

Serving the installed ownerbase is the foundation of all these mergers.

It is not just me and my spin either.

The merger has attracted the attention of many more Mutual funds and Hedge funds that have recently taken large positions oh Cohu stock.

The writing is on the wall.

Enjoy the discount buy in this bargain zone - its 4 bagger in 1-2 years!!

Just a quick note to say "Merry Christmas" to all my long term Cohu friends and anyone of the many lurkers who drop in to read about this conservative company that is daring to get big!

Bob
