Anyone hear the scuttlebutt that Yardeni will likely up his recessionary predictions to "60% chance of a nasty recession" when the OMB report comes out in March?? And we know that nasty "Recession" is merely a politically correct form of the word, "Depression". Watch Asia and Europe very closely. Lot's of discussion and angst over the international repercussions of Y2K. Awareness has been extremely slow overseas and may deliver the knock out blow to Asia and cripple Europe.
