Please post some evidence for your point-of-view that ADSL is not likely to work. Most of the people who I have talked to who have a background in following this technology seem to think that it will work but it is just a question of investing enough money and effort to deliver. Also, it seems to be a pretty expensive investment for TXN to make for something that they don't think will work.
