i cannot get the twirly thing out of my consciousness, so took a video of the mysterious, for lack of better description other than twirly, i use different descriptions, "schema", or "machine".

i asked the farmer and he is perhaps 50+ish, and he says the magic, working by force of water, is a common irrigation feature in the region, and this particular twirly thing has been in situ since when he was a little baby, built by his antecedents
