you need a subscription to stockcharts.com , then scan like shown below. Stockcharts provides the scan lists except not for the official SOX
You get that here on trading days

enter as a named group in SC [I named it SOX_Oct6__2017 but updated the data several times since]

below is 3 lines of code for scanning for SOX components that have a pnf buy signal:
