Thanks Jerome! I should add the following disclaimers:

1) As you can tell from the two mistakes I already made, I'm new to this kind of stuff as well - I'm learning as I go along. No investment advice etc.

2) I admit I came to this entirely as a speculative play on the large PHX discount - my knowledge of QWST is quite superficial. I figure I now have 3 months now to familiarize myself with them, and decide on exit points above & below.
