I feel your pain too, as I see the bid and ask deteriorating every day.
The regulation S package has not been bought out to my knowledge,
and the company CVIA/WOTD is buying sells tires. As far as some
of your other inquiries, not much has been announced. I think after
the board meeting, later this month, we will know much more information.
