I've thought about that before, CEO salaries relative to dilution.
CYCC makes something like $800k salary + bonus, they need to issue about 1.4m new shares a year just to keep up, >10% annual dilution for a guy who's helmed a 99% plunge over so many years. Many others just like him out there.
