Terrence, Interesting that S.Korea would consider such a plan instead of the IMF's "root canal" economics. (Aplogies to Larry Kudlow) It would seem to deny them IMF largesse, if that's the case. Great move, but it seems like it paints the banks into a take it or leave it position regarding Korea, if the IMF withholds funds. Good for them, us, and gold. Who could possibly be giving them such good advice? Dwight
