ZERO chance of new highs. We'll get a retrace when this short bottom comes, but that's it. The presidential alert in Oct rung the bell at the highs. Bear market started in Oct 2018. Before it's all said and done, the 2009 low in spx gets taken out. See charts comparing now and the 1970's.
