Thanks, however Sutro upgraded them yesterday to accumulate from a hold.
NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- Sutro & Co. upgraded its rating on
Thornburg Mortgage Asset Corp. to "accumulate" from "hold."
The firm cited continued long-term growth potential, despite
a risk of lower returns in the short term stemming from a flat
yield curve and an unusually negative relationship between
Treasury and LIBOR rates.
In light of the short-term issues, however, Sutro cut both
its earnings and dividend estimates for Thornburg (TMA) in 1998
to $1.80 a share from $2.05 a share and $2 a share,
respectively.
