However, I try never say "never". RE: CO numbers aren't good next week. Bam! The stock rachets down below 10. Management could grasp an even better deal. Right now SGI's market cap is below $2B, so I guess a deal -is- doable. Doubt any outsiders want the CO, do you? Agree with your weak earnings prediction as indicated by stock performance of late. However, this CEO issue bugs me. Have never seen a boss fall from grace like that, only to stick around so long (3mos. already). Negatives aside, a stellar earnings report or two and who knows??? Mathon
