Anyone out there following thiss puppy? Genisys Reservation Systems Makes Acquisition UNION, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 9, 1997--Genisys Reservation Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:GENS) reported that for an undisclosed combination of cash and stock it has acquired an 80 percent equity interest in Prosoft Inc., the company that wrote the proprietary custom software for the Genisys reservation system and the Genisys payment system. Prosoft is a four-year old software and computer system design firm based in Somerset, N.J. Paul E. Murray and Thomas E. Gregory will remain as president and vice-president, respectively, of Prosoft and will continue to conduct operations from their Somerset facility. In making the announcement, Larry Burk, president of Genisys said: ''We are pleased that we can now offer a significantly enhanced level of service to our customers. Prosoft can help us develop several new products which we have had on the drawing board.''
