I just came up with a superior ice cream recipe which is mind blowing... I've made chocolate walnut, strawberry, and banana walnut... all of them are winners... and believe it or not the recipes are actually 100% healthy... yes, this is health food!!!

Chocolate Walnut Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 ounces of cream cheese
two heaping tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 to 3 tablespoons of Raw Honey (to taste)
walnuts

Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then mix in the unsweetened cocoa powder, then add the raw honey... then mix well... and then add some walnuts...

Mix the walnuts in and then place into the freezer...

You cannot tell the difference between this and Haagen Dazs...

Strawberry Ice Cream

The same amounts of everything but instead of adding unsweetened cocoa powder add 6 strawberries that were cut into small pieces...

The strawberry ice cream gets a bit more watery since there's more water in the strawberry, so after being frozen the ice cream gets frozen solid, so you need to microwave it for about 18 seconds, that's just enough to bring it to ice cream texture...

Banana Walnut Ice Cream

The same ingredients again but instead add one banana softened in the microwave for about a minute then mashed down with a fork before added to the softened cream cheese... add the raw honey to taste... add the walnuts...

Two weeks ago we bought some Haagen Dazs at the store since it was buy one get one free, I've not even touched the store bought ice cream since I now make my own...

Also, only two or three spoons of this homemade ice cream is very satisfying and very filling...

Enjoy...
