YES yes ! Freds Torta Stand. I, my now wife, my high school friends always ate a sandwich on the way back to the border crossing after hitting the Kentucky Club or the Caverns of Music. I remember driving my Dad's car over there, parked, we partied, there were six of us in the car when we stopped near Fred's for a bite and it occurred to me that the trunk of the car was filled with box after box of prescription pharmaceuticals, including some that were from manufacturers that weren't affiliated with my Dad. I remember driving to the crossing and telling a story, timing it so that the punchline came just as the border patrol was asking for citizenship. Everyone was laughing and exclaiming American American American so that the guard didn't give us the stern eye'd lookover that might give him reason to ask me to open the trunk.
