hello Gary & all - Gary, honestly, I don't know who is bailing who out in the case of RAPT and AXNT merger. Anyway, unless there is new developments, this is a moot point as the merger is likely to commence (I did send in my proxy with an "AGAINST" vote, but I doubt it matters <g>.) Yes, Checkpoint is hurting. However, it has been a hi flyer - so now the players is taking it down. CSCO and MSFT entering the firewall biz is nothing new. So, my guesses are that the downgrade of Checkpoint is cos specific, as the players want to roll Checkpoint. This is especially amusing as the BONK attack has crippled SI for a few days (kudos to the dynamic trios to help to restore the service.) rgds Bosco
