Henry, I think the only one who knows anything about this is the CEO. I don't think any of the board nor the CFO had a clue about this offer. My impression is that this is a Katz thing. Look forward to what you may be able to find out. You would think Katz would use his resources within the company for feedback. Why the extreme secrecy from other members within the company. Barbarians at the Gate was on CNBC yesterday.
