Paul- I'd like to know your take on where you think CKR is getting the money for those new Hardee's stores that cost 300 mill+?There was no indication of where the funding was coming from was there?What if they have to borrow the money?CKR's debt really zooms?Post back. The 10% dividend has occured already.It happened on Thurs or Wed and promptly is back up from pre-dividend. GD
