Wm, in ECO's case, it is my view that S&P was just about the LAST to recognize" ECO's rather dismal reality that has been known by those in the mining analyst biz for several "moons" I'd think 4 times before acting on your impulse to act on your "S&P" downgrade modus operandi on this one, ok?
