OK, so that takes care of HER-3. Documented single agent activity, first stage enrollment nearing completion as of 11/7. Open label trial, and there's no excitement reflected in share price..... buyer beware. Again, here's the antibody characteristics and commentary/data re. preclinical model....... celldex.com
