Roku has been suggested by my brother. I've just been hesitant to hook up "one more thing" if I can avoid it. Netflix says this is a problem with the TV. That's suspicious and easily shifts blame. However, Sony explained how to power off the TV, blah, blah which resets it and all should be fine. It's fine until it isn't once again. I've reset the TV several times in the last couple weeks, but the "reset" is only temporary it seems. I'm as suspicious of my not yet 3 year old TV as I am of Netflix. But I haven't talked to a neighbor who has similar problems with Netflix.

I've gotten so good at this reset business, even reentering address and password that it's almost a part of my TV viewing routine. That hasn't made it any more enjoyable, that's for sure.
