yep, and from that we got much of the high tech industry that we have today from this.

microprocessors, semiconductor developments, silicon valley startups, materials, and probably a $10 Trillion return on investment in both taxes and jobs.

Short sighted versus real long term sighted.

What's in it for ME versus what is in it for the long term of the country.
