I'm not saying dutched is my preference, just that the Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder that I get from the store looks more like the dutched color, it's dark chocolate... the picture posted makes the regular cocoa powder look more reddish and less appetising and this is not the case... I had some of my chocolate walnut last night, just a few spoons of it is plenty, the cream cheese is filling and the tastes is so delicious... Yes, looking forward to your opinion whenever you make it, would love to hear it... When I first experimented with using cream cheese, i didn't expect it to taste and feel like ice cream, I thought I was making a chocolate icing type substance... but when I tasted it after taking it from the freezer hours later, I was amazed that it had the taste and feel of actual ice cream... then I realized quickly that cream is cream whether I'm using cream or cream cheese, the taste buds can't tell the difference... that's when I began experimenting with strawberry and banana walnut... I bet this could be produced commercially as an ice cream brand made with cream cheese instead of just plain cream... GZ
