My broker and I also tried to figure out what that means. "previously listed NASDAQ company". Does that mean that the company is not on the NASDAQ anymore? Did they go under or just move to the NYSE? Why not reveal who the company was? Why is Peak so vague about who Mr. Metz worked for in the past? Just once I would like a clear cut press release that does not raise more questions than it answers.

The bulletin board is being held up until the audit is released. Which by the way the audit was ordered by Wien Securities (Peak's market maker once they get to the bulletin board) and not by the NASD. This is contrary to what Peak said in their November Press release. peak-media.com The plot thickens.......

I think Peak had Billy taken out. No one has heard from him in a few days. Maybe I'm next.

Also of note, I am using SurfExpress by Connectix and it seems to be working flawlessly. Not bad for a version 1.0 release. They do not offer any of this 30 days free crap stuff either.
