Paul- Bear with me cause I'm a retard with this stuff,I know you're good at it. CKE said they were buying these stores right?Ok they are assuming debt but isn't that a different deal than the actual purchase?Where are they getting the money from? They say they are assuming Advan's debt but that just means they will assume the actual debt Advan has on it's books right?That still doesn't say where CKR is getting this 300 mill from. The dividend was applied already.Look at closes and openings this week.I know they said the 20th but I guess they changed their mind. I think the money thing is important.GD
