True North Gems recently finished a 10:1 share consolidation. Up next - AGM in January. Agenda # 5: 5. To consider and, if thought advisable, to pass a special resolution to approve of the consolidation of all of the Corporation’s common shares on the basis of up to ten (10) of the then existing common shares for one (1) new common share, or such lower ratio as the Board of Directors may determine, particulars of which are set out in the accompanying Information Circular under “Share Consolidation”.
