dara, thanks for running the contest again. My pick is Pengrowth Energy, PGF.to. Too bad I can't enter with the Christmas Eve closing price. Although it will be very difficult to take first place, I expect Pengrowth to at least double at some point in 2019. Seymour Schulich (co-founder of Franco Nevada) owns close to 30% of the shares. This is a good trading stock - buy at the bottom of its range and sell after a gain of 20% plus. However, the last buy hasn't worked out so well (yet) and anyone employing this swing trading strategy will probably need to double down.
