The same criticism is being leveled at Oklahoma. The top two teams they played were #15 Texas, who they barely beat 48-45, and #16 West Virginia, who they also barely beat 59-56. As you saw, West Virginia got mushed yesterday by Syracuse. Unranked Oklahoma St took them to 48-47.

I've watched Tua all year. The kid is a phenom. Kyler Murray is good for sure, but he reminds me of a guy who hits 500 foot home runs off fifth starters. But put that same guy up against a good defense and you get a much different result. That being said, it's really hard to still argue Oklahoma should have been passed over so Georgia could play Bama for a third time. Because, in sports, "you never know"... though after Bama routs OK, every sportswriter is still going to say "I told ya so."
