The money raised will be used to develop more products, and increase distribution, plus to get the company's name and what it's doing out to more investors. I think we'll be pleased. The shares can't be sold for one year. By that time, we should expect them to be worth much more than the high of last year. If I didn't believe that, I'd have sold the ones I bought last year, at different prices, for the tax loss; but I believe I'll make a lot more by holding. The stock is undervalued now, mainly I believe because some people either need the cash, or are just tired of waiting. If I were buying now, I'd be ecstatic at the price. I don't think it's going to stay at this level for long. Also, the long-term capital gains benefits are going to be much better from this year on. As I said before, this is a long-term investment for me; however, at this point I believe it's a good short-term investment as well.
