As the market bases, watch each time frame take it's turn moving the market with the MACD crosses. Watch how the 250 SPY call reacts. The 5 and the 15 work the best together. When both the 5 and the 15 MACD is below the signal line, a long is taken as the 5 min gets close to crossing.
