Sigh....
ZONA is neither a fraud nor a scam. Quit being silly.
Now, whether Vasomax will be approved or not is an entirely different matter, and worth discussing.
A quick thought or two- (1) In reference to the prior deal with SGP and Imunmax- isn't it curious that if indeed it is the case that things stand exactly as Asensio reported that SGP would then come back for a second licking with a different product? If indeed I had been involved with a "sleaze ball" operation, why on earth would I do so again? Or have I misunderstodd something? This seems curious to me. Any help?
(2) In Jay Abella's piece, among certain interesting points, he brings up another that, I believe, has been discussed repeatedly, and I don't know why he is bringing it up again. Look, as I understand it, the FDA guided ZONA to change the end point in the Phase III and use the IIEF evaluation- unless I've completely misunderstood things (granted this is a possibility) it seems, well, silly to criticize the company on these grounds. He asks the company to respond- I think they've gone over some of these points in detail in, for example, the most recent conference call. Abella has some good questions, however he also doesn't admit that the company has held back a lot of the information and not published in the same way that the reputable company Pfizer has with regard to Viagra- the white paper was never intended to address certain of the issues that he addresses, if I understand things correctly (I keep qualifying my statements because I don't want to mislead anyone into thinking I know more than I do- I am definately confused on certain points).
I'm out of the stock right now, but I still have insufficient grounds to judge the company as a scam and, on the contrary, find this a very interesting company with a reasonable shot (say 2 in 3 chance) at getting approval for Vasomax for reasons I've sketched in the past. I intend to go long again when the time is right. All this in my lay opinion, of course.
