I would guess that the civil aspects from a damages point of view would more than likely be hard to collect. I would imagine that a smart guy would be banking in say Anguilla or someplace like that and be a little out of reach.
As for Laurens communication the word fraud was bantered about, seems like every deal turned sour, 3 up 3 down, that's normal? I would suspect that the guy who feels he is owed stock , assuming his attorney is worth a poop, would be going after cash value.
Oh well perhaps better days are ahead, I think I would bail at $.10. Didn't mean to pry about your sleeping habits my attorney feeds at night ....hehe
