I think that SOI technology is very interesting and has a lot of potential. The main issues I am concerned with are:

1. When will SOI start to be used in mass-production applications?
2. What devices will be using SOI?
3. What SOI technology will be adopted?
4. What manufacturers will be using SOI?

Please let me know if your broker has any specific info regarding IBIS. I would not want to invest until I know that IBIS's technology WILL go into mass-production applications in the near future.
