Ran across one of these weird sorta upper class rich people - one with no brains - at least that is the way she came across - the whole limp wrist - high voice - dressed to the nines, in what was either bargain store teen age glitz or high end clothes. Woman in her sixties, had herself a pocket dog that she kept in her pocket, wrapped up in what looked like a sock. The dogs name?? Tissue. That is the second time I have run across someone with one of these rats named "Tissue" what on earth are they thinking? Dust Bunny might be a better name :)
