Hi, I'm curious how we would know if INTC was excersizing the warrants slowly over time? Do they have to do them all at once or what? Is there a filing they would have to make which would reveal it? For eg., what if INTC -- since it has bought Case -- has been depressing MRVC stock price by dumping a little every time it hits 25? (horrible thought). But I don't think that's exactly how thier warrants work. I'm going to go refresh my failing memory sometime this wkend on how that all works, but if someone wants to give the thumbnail version to me, feel free to hit me w/ it. As I sit & try and work this out I realize that my current ignorance on this issue is showing...frustrating since I know I knew once apon a time. later
