Wiley: For those who are new to this thread, I suggest a review of Farouk's posts to understand his strategy. The basic idea is to buy options on companies that report close to the options expiration date. That way the cost to buy the options is lower because there is very little time premium.

Earnings dates are on the SI calendar, but be aware these are posted by SI members and are sometimes wrong.

I have very little experience with this strategy, so don't pay too much attention to my thoughts. So far I am looking at Informix, which shot up on Oracle's coattails recently. If it falls back a bit more, I think it might be a good candidate for a gyration either way depending on the reported earnings.
