English and French tribes of pre norman europe were the celts. (400 AD) Specifically the Belgae, of which Boadicea was a member.(or Boadicca) The norse pushed the celts back into Brittany and towards spain and settled Normandy. Later they attacked from the south and conquered most of england. England at the time was celt, saxon, and dane. France was celt, norman and italic. They won't admit to the italian part these days except in the very south were they speak it. Some influence in france has to be Aryan as well which is roughly afghani-pakistani with some caucasoid influence.
The cornish of england and the britons or bretagne of brittany both speak the same celtic language and have yearly festivals with no language diffculties. They have a seafairing and mining tradition that goes back 2000 years and have a common kitchen as well.
The french politics that the montrealers inherited is basically the norman viking administrative overseeing which they adopted to run the countries of europe under the various popes as the holy roman empire.
It is dictatorial, aloof, arrogant and yes, racist in a way. Take any side you want but the facts of politics is called anthropology and history, not "racism". If you don't wish to be dominated by cultural mobs it doesn't automatically imply that you dislike another man's type. Hell you might even be jealous. But it's your right to avow your own cultural preferences. Or to even promote them.
