Justin,

I also work for NCR and heard Mark Hurd speak recently. He had no insider information but felt that we would meet expectations. I still believe that meeting or slightly beating expectations will be a great achievement if we can do it since we also went through a major restructuring for the Qtr. I am more an optomist than a pesimist, I have heard rumors that we will be slightly, and I mean extremely slightly profitable for the year. This would indicate that we would need to beat current estimates by $.02 and pull a $.30/share profit in the 4th Qtr. Whether we do or not, I am holding onto the stock through 1st Qtr results, which due to the emphasis by upper management to produce a good first Qtr. I believe we can do. I have been impressed with the cost saving moves as of lately, such as outsourcing the factories, moving to Solaris, WWIS saving $5Mill/year by using Compuserve internally etc. etc. I believe we are focused and driven to produce a good 1st Qtr. and the new sales plan is paying sales 30% on orders which definitely incents them to close business. Let me know what you've heard.

Thanks,

Mister T.
